Install Process

Interior Door & Closet Company’s process is designed so very little work is performed at your home, thus minimizing mess and inconvenience to customer. This installation service is accomplished in just one day for a fraction of the cost of most contractors or larger home improvement stores. The process begins when your IDCC sales representative schedules a time on a Monday for the service team to measure and remove your old doors and measure closets, a visit that takes less than one hour. Then back at IDCC’s production facility the team begins work custom cutting your new doors with our proprietary tools. The doors are then sanded and prepared for the painting department where multiple coats of high quality primer are applied.  Then the finish color coats are sprayed to create a beautiful high quality finish. No brush-marks, runs or streaks! Later in the week the team returns with your new, designer interior doors, transforming the interior appearance of your home.

Interior Door & Closet Company takes several steps to ensure that we deliver the highest quality products at the lowest prices.   First, because we are not a Franchise our customers save 8-10% by not incurring the overhead of a large Franchise system.   Second, most of our IDCC owners perform their own estimates/sales to avoid an additional 10% mark-up of a hired sales person.    Third, we perform all cutting sanding and painting at our state of the art facility which reduces our labor by 40% as compared to doing this on site like a Contractor.  Lastly, all our closet and storage system products are designed on an advanced 3D- CAD system to avoid high manufacturing costs.   We don’t need to own any multimillion dollar CNC manufacturing equipment or pass on associated cost to our customers.  Most of our customers say that we are significantly lower in price, but more importantly IDCC offers a total and complete service without any hassle, mess or inconvenience!
